      I have a tplink load balancer where i can control seesion per ip and i can view which ip are using how many session. Is there any option to control and monitor session per ip in pfsesne?

        There are advanced options on the firewall rules that allow specifying maximum connections per host.

        As for monitoring sessions, go to Diagnostics > States, and Diagnostics > States Summary, you can see who is connecting where.

          I can see from there the session but as you mention i cannot control the session. I setup Maximum state entries per host and Maximum number of established connections per host 50 but nothing working. When I check states summary it shows lot more higher some of clients.
