I have configured on my 1.2.2 Pfsense with PPPoE. Everything seems to be working fine apart from not being able to ope some websites like gmail, facebook etc and more.

Also there is a problem uploading the data.

I dont know where the problem is now.

Does any body have an idea as to what should I need to do to sort this problem.

      1.2.2? Or 1.2.3?

Being able to load some sites and not others is generally an MTU issue, try lowering the MTU on Interfaces > WAN.

If you run the PPPoE server, does that mean everything upstream of the WAN port such as ADSL routers need to have their MTU also changed to 1492?
