Ftp shaping

i have this configuration:
PC -> LAN -> PFSENSE -> WAN 1 -> Provider 1
                                -> WAN 2 -> Provider 2

i have routed the ftp traffic via provider 2.
i need to limit the ftp bandwidth to some level (porcentage, fixed, whatever works).

any clues how to do that? i cannot make it work . pfsense is 2.0-RC1

If im not wrong….

• Create limiter ( Firewall - Traffic shaper - Limiter )

• Create l7 Rule for FTP ( Firewall - Traffic shaper - Layer 7 ) Protocol: ftp  - Structure: limiter - Behaviour: select your created limiter

• Create FW rule and in "Advanced features " select your L7 container

Just add the shaping to port 21 and it will apply the same to the data channels.
