        yes i am using winscp like ftp but i can only read the fileles. how can i make permision some folder??

          What version of pfSense are you running - full install, nano, embedded…?

          Also, what are you trying to achieve?

            pf 2.0 rc3

            i will setup a local webpage in "/usr/local/www" folder like (192.168.1.1/local-web) for the users when login with the captive portall, they will go to my local page firstly.

            this page will  an announcement for my local users, so i want to use ftp or ssh mode to make up my local webpage easly..

                  You're probably best using the built in tools. Anything else means that you risk breaking things or running into problems when doing upgrades.

                  If you really want to do it the hard way I'd suggest you work out what the built in tools do and duplicate that.

                      ok, solution is; shell command line and write chmod 777 /…../...../

                        By doing so you have added a significant security hole. I do hope you're not protecting anything you care about with that firewall…

                          it is not problem, when i finished my work, i am changing permisson with "chmode -w"
