HAVP and Antivir update

I tried to update the antivir. I got always errors linke server rejectet. So i checked the logs and found following:
http://perspeak.avira-update.com/update/ave2/win32/int/aerdl.dll.gz Trojan.Fakesec-310
I think this can't be right.
I solved this issue with whitelistening the antivir update adress.
Has anybody the same problems?

Antivirus not need dll file for update.

But why i get update failed? Antivir need this file for upgrade. I think this is a false positive or not?

Use Whitelist option for exclude you update path.
