      Tried to create an embedded image on a USB key… when the system boots it stops at BTX Loader and never moves from there.  Anyone seen that before?

      I did try another usb key and tried them both on another system...

        I think I've seen that before when it didn't like my USB drive and I had to change brands.  This thread seems to suggest IRQ conflicts and BIOS settings as well.

          The embedded image only prints that to the console and then switches to serial output.

          Connect a null modem serial cable and you'll see the remaining console output.
