Video stream with traffic shaping?

hi,, i want to use traffic shapping with limitter for video stream forom layer7.

when i use limitter, and configured layer7 for some rull, every videostream is bloced..

how can i limit the video stream with layer7, limitter and queue????

videostream limit by using the L7 can too. with queue can too.
if using L7, flash protocol limiter structure behvior limiternya name. and create a rule floating for port 1935 with L 7.
