Country block pfsence 1.2.3 Release

It looks like country block is under FIREWALL tag but it is not ENABLED even thought I enabled IT.

Check the country that you would like to block completely. Currently 10 of 246 selected.

Current Status = NOT running

You are blocking 0 Networks

Is there any guide how to enabled? I have seen one seying about cron …...

I am sorry for confusion. This case is resolved.

The problem is with crappy IE whatever version.

In FF and Chrome all messahes on PFSENCE are OK. Just did a cron job according http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,25732.45.html and all is done well.
