How to set up ipsec in Ipv6 networks.

Hi,I'm would like to do research on IPsec. So, i would like to know how to set up ip sec in simple ipv6 environment. My network will like this have 2 workstation and using 2 cisco router to connect to make a wan link.So how do I implement IPsec into the ipv6 network and how to check it if I had successful implement.Please help. Ty.
