The PC Engines web site suggests they ship internationally - see their web site: http://pcengines.ch/order.php

Tons of people use them.  They work fine as long as you don't have tons of bandwidth (they are capable of firewall/routing performance of about 80Mbit/s unidirectional or 50Mbit/s symmetric based on my testing), tons of users (limited memory = small state table), or want to use memory-hungry features (snort, squid, L7 filtering, etc.).

            I can break anything.

I've got one myself and it's like Jason says, good for bandwidth up to about 80Mbit. Never had any stability issues over here and power consumption is low. I'm happy with it.  :D
