Can any body tell me how I can enable traffic shaping for voip?
      I keep getting errors.

      Look here:

Now obviously this is an issue with just me so I must be doing something wrong. Can any body point me to the right direction?

      TIA!

I finally was able to create a rule but bandwidth to my voip was horrible. Any ideas whats going on?

wen I went to the interface tab and click on wan. I saw that the wizard set my upload speed under bandwidth. Is that correct?

No idea, sorry.  This particular board doesn't seem to have any dev who is responsible or interested, so good luck.  I have always liked pfsense, but I have to admit it's frustrating sometimes not being able to get the simplest questions answered :(

I'm not sure what settings you have in place but you might consider clearing it out and checking out the guides below.
