I have one IPsec tunnel which has to connect to a cisco. After updating or restarting pfSense this tunnel doesn't start automatically. When i start the tunnel manually via "Status" - "IPSec" it starts without problems.
Maybe i missed something? IPsec is enabled.

Do you have a keep-alive IP defined on the IPsec tunnel?

The connect button just sends a ping on the tunnel… Any traffic on the tunnel will connect it.
