Upgrade 1.2.3 full to 2.0 on ALIX 2C3 can I just update with update image?

Have 1.2.3 full (with embedded kernel) running on ALIX 2C3.
Can I just download the full update and run it?

No, you must download the nanobsd update image of the correct size for your CF.

cat /etc/nanosize.txt to confirm the image size and then choose the upgrade image with the same number.

So if that says "2g" then get the nanobsd 2g upgrade image.

I have a 4 gig industrial (3 million writes) cf card.
The file you mentioned doesn't exist as I currently have the full version.

Ah, yeah I see that now.. read it too fast before. I see "ALIX" and my brain instantly goes to nanobsd.

If that is the case then yes, if you have the full install now, the full upgrade will do it.
