Using 2.0-RC1-IPv6 (i386) built on Tue Sep 13 17:28:43 EDT 2011, i have a strange problem : the delete button of the static DHCP leases don't work at all?

        Static DHCPv4 or v6?
And are you talking about on the leases view, or on the actual DHCP server config?

Static DHCPv4.  I'm talking about the leases view.

That X there is just supposed to delete the lease from the leases database, it doesn't remove a Static DHCP mapping.

And I just tried it and it worked for me, though not on a static IP (since those don't really have a lease in the traditional sense). It appears to work as intended.

My pfsense had the range 10.1.0.1/24 but i had to change it to 10.0.0.1/24.  And so does my DHCP range.  So all the 10.1.0.x ip's have to be deleted.

You have to modify reservations from the DHCP server screen.

The static entries have to be changed under the DHCP Server page. Old normal leases in the database can't be deleted if the mac address is still online as it thinks they're still active.

You may be better off stopping the DHCP service, then rm /var/dhcpd/var/db/dhcpd.leases*, then start it again and just let it redo the whole db.
