How do I get this working???

There is a section under assign interfaces to add a PPP interface, but it doesn't show any interfaces although I have two of them. Meaning that it must not recognize my dial up modem. But even if it did… it shows the carriers, and only lists cell phone companies. It looks like its made more for cell phone internet, than it is for dial up connections.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I want to have a few dial up lines, running in multi link.

      Shawn

Can you give more detail on what devices you have?(Their name under /dev)

While there is the country setting you can ignore completely and fill in the values.
Its just there for easy setup.

It should work just as well with dial up modems as it does with 3G, the pre-fills are for 3G providers but you can fill in the fields as needed for your POTS dial up. I initially was testing that functionality on POTS dial up, though more recently only with 3G, it's effectively the same thing just a whole lot faster.

You just need to make sure you have a modem that exposes a real serial port to the OS… If you're trying a "winmodem" then it probably won't work.

An external serial modem should work for sure.
