Coming from openbsd I'd like to be able to manually edit the pf.conf file, I'm not sure if one exists in pfsense. Is that possible?

Reason being I'm finding that pfsense aliases are not handled like pf tables (which I'd also like to manually create) and HFSC/bandwidth limiting may or may not actually work the way it does on openbsd  ;D

In 2.0 aliases are handled like tables with more functionality even.

Its often a habit to go and edit things manually when used to but try to do what you want through the GUI and it will work the same.
