          @marcelloc:

          Something curious at your "squidguard" log. Did you accidentally install Lightsquid instead squidguard ?

          @all:
          Could it be possible that his ISP is using some kind of proxy or before pfsense there is a proxy or another filter which blocks some downloads of squidguard and that's why not all neccessary files could be downloaded and the installation aborts ?

          If I remember correct in the past there was some users who had the problems I described.

                  thanks marcelloc .
                  ok
                  i'd download pfsense iso once again and write it on cd and then install but nothing changes .
                  i'd try to install packages when i was connected to 3 difrence isp each time .
                  in my network there's nothing like proxy server or something else .
                  strange thing is that other packages installed completlly but squidguard doesn't.

                  p.s : sorry for my bad english

                        I'm done with ideas to help you.  :(

                        the last I have for now is quite unusual but your problem is unusual too.

                        Try creating a local repo on your network and try installing squidguard from it

                            First I thought it could be the small amount of RAM….just 256MB...
                            Or perhaps there is to less HDD space left for squidguard and the dependencies !?

                            Could you first install squid then lower HDD cache in squid to 1MB, then reboot and try with installation of squidguard ?

                            But that's really uncommon....I tried with a VM and 256MB RAM, too, and it worked.
