Packege manager issues

Guys as of today I have been unable to get any information on package's or able to download pkg's….
Here is what the msg's display...
php: /pkg_mgr_installed.php: XMLRPC request failed with error 5: Didn't receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)
I am on 2.0.1 Full Release i386

php: /pkg_mgr_installed.php: XMLRPC communication error: Connection refused

Package manager for me is working and downloading and installing files/packages.
Is this for a specific package ?

No This was for the whole manager.
Things seem to be back to normal today. This was not an isolated issue. This seem to be global at the time it happen…. Today everything seems back to normal.
