LoadBalance with the same ISP

Is this a good idea loadbalancing two internet connections with the same ISP.? will this cause a connection problem?

It's a good idea, just take care on how you setup it to prevent routing erros or same subnet on two interfaces, pptp problems, etc.

let's put it this way i have this public IPS from my ISP 10.0.0.1/29 ,10.0.0.2/29 and its gateway is 10.0.0.3/29 will there be any issues concerning about this

by the way before the pfsense box i have a modem-router setup above my pfsense box

That's not going to work because, as CMB said, both interfaces have the same gateway address and this causes problems.

Edit: Having re-read your last comment it seems you are sharing two public IPs across the same connection?

If you have a static /29, you should have one unique static /29 per WAN normally. That scenario is fine. Any type of setup with two connections from the same ISP on the same static /29 is generally going to be bonded by the ISP and be a single WAN on your firewall, routing doesn't permit any other means of functioning.

Take the subnet into account, too. With the Motorola/Netopia ADSL modems they have an option to perform PPP and assign the IP address via DHCP. Well when using that the subnet mask from DHCP is 255.0.0.0 so the gateways can't begin with the same octet.
