      Can PFSense do the following using a PC with 3 NICS, using a single Internet feed.

      I’ve setup a 3 hardware router (one wireless) solution to create two completely separate networks using the first router to send traffic to the two working routers. While it works and neither LAN can see the other, the network uplink speed slows to a modem speed crawl, so its worthless perhaps due to a configuration error on my part.

      Can you use PFSense to do this by installing 3 NICS in a PC and feeding the results to a switch on the hardware side (10.0.0.1) and a wireless router on the other (192.168.0.1)?

      Is their a HowTo buried that you can include a link?

      Thanks,

        Just configure the same way you do in a lan -> wan setup

        the only thing you must do different is insert some rule on lan and lan2 to prevent traffic between each other.

            you just need to create a rule on lan and lan2 before the rule you allow access.

            on lan
            source = lan net
            destination = lan2 net

            on lan2
            source = lan2 net
            destination = lannet
