LDAP against win2k8 r2?

Hi,
I'm trying to set this up and keep getting:
php: /diag_authentication.php: ERROR! Could not bind to server myserver AD

myserver AD is setup as follows:
Base DN:  DC=mydomain,DC=local
Authentication containers: CN=Users,DC=mydomain,DC=local

Bind credentials:
User DN =  Administrator
Password =  mypassword
User naming attribute = SamAccountName
Group naming attribute = cn
Group member attribute = memberOf

Active Directory:
mydomain.local
Users = Administrator

any ideas?
