Can squidguard merge permission from Group ACL?

Hello,
the question is in the topic :)
I have two ACL group.
Source A is IPA IPB IPC
Source B is IPD IPE IPA
so IPA is in both GroupACL
SourceA has xyz category set to allow
SourceB has xyz category set to deny

IPA can access xyz in sourceA but not in SourceB, but because sourceA is the first so IPA CAN access xyz, correct?
Is there a way to do a "merge" of the IP included in two Group ACL so IPA cannot access xyz?
