Strange VOIP problem

I am running trixbox 2.6.2.3. I have 2 off site grandstream extensions and 1 offsite linksys ATA. I recently changed routers from a Draytek 2910 to pfsense-2.0-RC1. The grandstream extensions now have a one way audio problem on outgoing calls only. The off site linksys ATA is OK. All the on site phones are OK. I tested with Xlite soft phone from off site and that works OK also. I tried updating the firmware in the grandstreams to no avail.

Anybody have a similar problem??
