That's an workaround to run before package instalation.

        pkg_add -r http://files.pfsense.org/packages/amd64/8/All/sqlite3-3.7.9.tbz
        cp -r /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9 /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9_1

            This also works for i386.
            pkg_add -r http://files.pfsense.org/packages/8/All/sqlite3-3.7.9.tbz

            thanks.

              Hi Guys!

I cant seem to install the IMspector after running this code at shell / command prompt

              from marcelloc

              pkg_add -r http://files.pfsense.org/packages/amd64/8/All/sqlite3-3.7.9.tbz
              cp -r /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9 /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9_1

              from jikjik101

              This also works for i386.
              pkg_add -r http://files.pfsense.org/packages/8/All/sqlite3-3.7.9.tbz

I ran both of them but no good.

              Im using Pfsense 2.0.1-RELEASE (i386)
built on Mon Dec 12 17:53:52 EST 2011
              FreeBSD 8.1-RELEASE-p6

what else to do? Thanks for the reply in advance.

Do not try to install amd64 packages on a i386 system.

You will need to remove amd64 package before re-installing i386 version.

                pkg_info shows current package installed.

                pkg_delete sqlite3-3.7.9

                the i386 steps are

                pkg_add -r http://files.pfsense.org/packages/8/All/sqlite3-3.7.9.tbz
                cp -r /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9 /var/db/pkg/sqlite3-3.7.9_1

I'll open an redmine to ask sqlite package compilation to fix this problem.

There is also a patch to log msn 2011. Look for imspector topics on this package forum to find a how to apply it.
