SNMP pf issue - tools/patches/misc/pf_snmp.patch needs to be applied

A problem was encountered with pfSense 2.0-RC1 built from the March 23rd source code on i386 platform.

When running the following command:
bsnmpwalk -s public@pfsense_box -n 1.3.6.1.4.1

This error appears in the output:
[lots of good output …]
1.3.6.1.4.1.12325.1.200.1.9.2.1.20.7 = 0
Agent 192.168.1.193:snmp returned error
1.3.6.1.4.1.12325.1.200.1.9.2.1.20.7 caused error - General error

In looking at the pf_snmp.c source code, it seems the file tools/patches/misc/pf_snmp.patch did not get applied.
