    Hi.

I'm trying to setup pfSense 1.2.3 as a transparent firewall for the LAN or OPT interface.
I have a public network (123.123.123.0/24) that I setted on the WAN interface, and I want the same network on the LAN or the OPT interface.
I found the "Setup a transparent firewall /filtering bridge with pfSense" tutorial but it is related on an old version of pfSense (the 1.2.3 version doesn't have the "Enable the filtering bridge mode" function).

So I setted up the LAN interface with an IP address of the same network on the WAN interface, enabled the manual outbound configuration, enabled the "no NAT" feature for the default NAT rule and allowed all LAN->WAN trafic in the firewall rules, but this doesn't solve the problem as the LAN network does not have Internet access.

So I tried to bridge the OPT interface with the WAN interface, but after saving the configuration the firewall was not reachable.

Could you help me to understand more, please?
    Thank you very much!
    Bye.
