1U rack chassis, mITX motherboard, 4-port PCIe NIC

Does this arrangement work out in a mechanicly-standard way?  I want to assemble a 1U Norco RPC-170 chassis with an AMD GA-E350N-USB3 motherboard.  What model  of right-angle PCIe 2.0 x16 adapter should I get?  Will the horizontal card fit neatly into the rear of the case?  Is this standard, or is it a matter of buy the parts and get out the grinder and torch   ::)

You need one that directly angles without extra vertical extension.
