Where is 'session timeout' option in voucher is located?

Im using 2.0 RC1, and I would like to implement the voucher system for my users, but at the documentation it says something;

Troubleshooting

User is online after voucher expires
You must enable the session timeout in order to allow the voucher session to expire and deactivate.

anyone?

It is at captive portal configuration page not vouchers one.

Is it the 'Idle Timeout'?
