IPad and iPhone Mobile IPsec - Multiple devices at same time

I followed the following directions but I am a little new to setting up IPSec VPNs. I have about 4 iPads that need to be connected at the same time. I can connect an iPad up to the VPN just fine, but when I connect another up it bumps it. Do I need to setup an IPsec VPN for each iPad. What is the best way to set these up?

I don't think so. The tunnel should work with all your devices, Did you create a user for each of your devices? Maybe that's the problem since you have concurrent connections from the same user at the same time.
