      Hello,

I am a long time user of pfsense. I have been using OpenVPN Client Export Utility 0.9.7 without issue for months.

Today, I tried to install OpenVPN Client Export Utility 0.9.8 (the new release?) on a new device with a fresh install of pfsense 2.0.1.
The installation fails when "Loading package instructions…" then it shows at the bottom of the screen "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /usr/local/pkg/openvpn-client-export.inc on line 164".

Then if you switch off and back on the device, the system will hang. With the need to reinstall.
When booting, the console gives again the "Parse Error".

Anybody aware of this bug in this Package? Do you have a solution?
I don't dare to install this package anymore as long as it is not fixed.

      With kind regards,
      Fantasio78

I just installed OpenVPN Client 0.9.9 on pfSense 2.0.1 without any installation errors. (I haven't set anything up yet, but at least the install scripts are working)

            Hi again,

            Thank you cmb.
I just tried again to install. The new version 0.9.9 works fine!

            Thank you.

If I happened to catch version 0.9.8, how can I uninstall?  When I try to remove the package I get stuck at "Loading package instructions. . . "

              Removing package…
              Starting package deletion for p7zip-9.13...done.
              Starting package deletion for zip-3.0...done.
Removing OpenVPN Client Export Utility components...
              Tabs items... done.
              Loading package instructions...

I have let this sit for over an hour, but nothing seems to happen.

You can rm /usr/local/pkg/openvpnexport*  and then reinstall.
