Apr 24th build doesn't update

I have the Apr 24th build of 2.1 installed and I get the notification on the dashboard that there is a newer build available (Apr 25th)

However, when I go through the update process and install the new version, it reboots and still has the Apr 24th build on it (and notifies me that the Apr 25th build is available).

I'm using the Netgate m1n1wall 2D3 / 2D13 <http: store.netgate.com="" netgate-m1n1wall-2d3-2d13-black-p216c61.aspx="">.

What the best way to see what the issue is? Would there be an install log with details?</http:>

I've also tried installing the 2.0.1 update image using the SSH login and it appears to install correctly with no errors, but when it reboots it still has the Apr 24th build on it. I can't find any errors in the system log that would indicate a failed install.

Is there an install log somewhere I can look at? Does anyone have any suggestions or am I stuck taking the CF card out and doing a reflash?

It may have been a temporary issue, though I'm not sure why it would have happened. I just upgraded one from that date (20120424-0413) to today, and it went fine.
