I have set up IPSEC Tunnel between two offices.
      This is my phase 2:

      Mode
      Local Network
      Type:  Network
      Address:  10.0.10.0 /  24
      Remote Network
      Type:  Network
      Address:  192.168.1.0 /  24

      With NAT-T and DPD Disabled.

I cannot ping one network from the other. Can anyone tell me why and what I need to do?

If the tunnel is coming up, the first thing you want to do is verify the firewall rules for IPSec on both sides.
I would allow all traffic for testing and tighten it down after you get everything working.
