Need a way to block or at least limit torrent traffic

Hello everybody
I have been looking for a way to block all possible torrent traffic using pfsense 2.0-BETA5 and i can't seem to find a step by step concise tutorial for blocking or at least limiting torrent traffic.
Please Help… My network is overloaded by torrent users screwing my QoS.

my rules will do exactly that, you can upload to your pfsense and modify to fit your purposes, you can also change the shaper to hfsc, cqb or any other if you know how to configure it, and dont forget to change the bandwidth of the queues to match you conection

diagnostics > backup/restore, remove the ".txt" of the file name before upload to the firewall
i also recomend to update pfsense to the lastest version
