Pfblocker rules and other rules ordering

I've implemented pfblocker and working well, however after a reboot rules move to top above my trusted hosts rules. Is there a way to allow pfblocker rules to retain order after reboot?

yes, just change current rule description to alias only format and then change lists action to alias only.
