I am unable to brows my web site by domain name
-
I have multimedia web site running on my own server at home.
I want to increase my web server bandwidth but high INTERNET bandwidth cost is very high in our country so I install pfsense with 2 WAN for load balancing.
I have successfully achieved load balancing and also I am able to brows my web site using IP 119.155.xx.xxx & 203.230.xx.xxx
but the problem is …..........
I am unable to brows my web site by domain name
I have registered my both IPs and configure NS1 and NS2 records into my Domain Registrar and they said there is no problem.
Please note: ( I am newbie and don't know much about DNS)
I have assign both public IPs to pfSense and pfSense is handling all External request using port Forwarding.
I have one LAN with one web server.
I have no DNS server install into my web server.I think I am missing some piece of knowledge.
Please help me to configure it.
Regards
Shaheer

If I understand you correctly Split DNS might be what you need for a outside test you can use sites like http://www.servercheck.me/

Dear Perry
thanks for your helpful reply,
See what my Registrar saying so you will be able to understand my problem properly.
Thank you for contacting Name.com. Everything appears to be set up correctly on our side. It appears that there may not be the needed A records on either your server, or your hosting providers server. Whoever allocated the IP addresses to you, should be able to create the appropriate A records for you. Once you have the correct DNS records on your end, your domain should properly resolve to your website.
Regards,
Name.comI am confuse….........actually what should I do?

I also find that answer from name.com confusing.
First check to see if your domain translate to your public IP address
http://www.servercheck.me/domain-ip-lookup/If not verify your settings at name.com
