What type of WANs? Cable? DSL? How many? Are you doing MLPPP?
-
2 Fibers, from different ISPs
but after adding the second wan, even the connection to the pfsense from the lan interface get compromised

Multi-WAN has no relation to fragmentation at all. In fact the firewall will never fragment packets. What's the actual problem and why do you think it's fragmentation?

The problem is, after activating my second wan all my openvpn clients get random disconnects, I attached 2 prints screens, one with just one wan and other with 2 wans
The fragmentation error I noticied because after activating the second wan, I get about 15 logs per second of blocked packets because fragmentation
When I deactive the second wan, the fragmentation drops to about 1 per second
I am not sure if fragmentation is caused by this, but the only thing I noticied was thisAnd another thing I noticied is after disabling everything related with the second wan, the openvpn drops still occurs, I didnt rebooted the system yet
edit: plus, i keep getting "503 - Service Not Available" accessing the pfsense

Resolved by following this manual
http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Tuning_and_Troubleshooting_Network_Cards
Its a dell server with broadcom NICs
