UPnP broken?

Using Jul8 snapshot amd64+gitsync
All over the logs:
Jul 10 14:21:53 miniupnpd[47011]: ioctl(dev, DIOCGETADDRS, …): Device busy

Under UPnp status no ports are configured.

TEST 8 - Get External IP Address - FAILED
