      Hello,

      I have new IBM server X3250 M3 with ServerRAID M1015 SAS/SATA Controller.
      pfSense don't see the controller and the RAID1 i have made.
      I tryed to break the RAID and still pfSense don't see the disks.
      I tryed to install Windows 2008 and he worked great.

      So now i stuck with 2 servers with this Controller and i can't install pfSense.

      Can someone help me with this issue?
      or i have to buy new controller cause this one is not supported?

        What version of pfSense have you tried? If you only tried 1.2.3, give 2.0 a try. Though I don't see that specific part in the man page for the ips(4) driver, other IBM ServerRAID adapters are supported there.

             Controllers supported by the ips driver include:

             +o	 IBM ServeRAID 3H
             +o	 ServeRAID 4L/4M/4H
             +o	 ServeRAID Series 5
             +o	 ServeRAID 6i/6M
             +o	 ServeRAID 7t/7k/7M

          It looks like you might have to change the raid firmware to get it working.
          See: http://forums.freebsd.org/showthread.php?t=23751

          and then:

          Not an easy procedure!  ::)
