Have a logic supply box http://www.logicsupply.com/products/ps_fw101r running 2.01 nanobsd VGA and the box keeps dying due to the 1g Sata flash drive filling up. Only package that is installed is snort. With all the definitions downloaded I still have 40% free.  I have followed the fine tuning guide but still she fills up.
I'm on a fresh install and it filled up again.
Clients about ready to kill me.
      Any ideas would be appreciated.

It's probably snort logs filling up device free space, try to find a rotate logs option on package gui or search on this forum for snort instructions on nanobsd.

"Doctor it huts when I do this!"
          "Don't do that!"

As marcelloc said, snort is probably filling it up some way. Could be logs, or rules, or who knows what. snort is a large package. Trying to make that, and all its data, fit in a 512MB slice along with the base install of pfSense is probably not going to work out very well.

Grab a 4GB CF. They're cheap, buy a couple spares.
