Hey, i am trying to see if my cache has been building for the last couple months as it should, or if it has deleted and restarted rebuilding..

How can i see the cache contents and possibly the date that item got cached?

Through the log files, but as I said in the other post you needed to start over since you had a bad collaboration between the logs and your cache.
