I had to reinstall pfSense after - http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,54782.0.html
and now Squid 3 running as Transparent proxy is really slow.

      I tied reinstalling from
version 2.0 update to oct. 18 snapshot and restore full config.
and from version 2.1 oct 14. snapshot Live CD and update to oct. 18 snapshot and restore full config.
and from version 2.1 oct 14. snapshot Live CD and update to oct. 18 snapshot and restore config but i removed the installed packages info and configs
and installed and configured after that.

I also updated conf/loader.conf and etc/sysctr.conf with the know squid fix.

But all with the same slow result :(
If I disable Transparent proxy everything is fast as it should be.

      Anyone tips ??

Are you running AUFS or DiskD. I'm testing the Oct 12 build of pfsense 2.1.
I run Squid 3 and Squidguard, using AUFS as the "Hard disk cache system" for squid.

I use "null", don't want to cache.
I just want to be able to block url's
