      I'm getting update almost everyday!

      Is suppose to be like that?

      After each update, pfsense goes down and perform reboot.

      It always download around 90MB, so is the whole image.

      My URL: http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/pfSense_RELENG_2_0/.updaters/

      Edit: looks like it gets this file: latest.tgz 08-Aug-2011 18:51 88M

      After checking this one:
      http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/i386/pfSense_RELENG_2_0/.updaters/version

      Is this normal?  Correct?

      Thanks,
      Gradius

        There is a new snapshot built everyday from the pfSense code. This is so that as bugs are squashed the new code can be tested as quickly as possible.
        You should only be using the snapshot server if you need to have the absolute latest code.
        If you don't want to be on the 'bleeding edge' then you should switch your firmware branch to 'pfSense Stable Release Updates' in System : Firmware : Updater Settings.

            @Gradius:

            I see.

            Thanks.

            But if you like to help the developers to fix bugs it is neccessary that you are running an actual snapshot so that they can narrow down between which snapshot there exists a new bug.
