    Hi

I installed pfSense 2.0.1 64 bit on a computer with JNF99-525-LF motherboard, Atom D525 processor and SATA DOM disk from 4 GB and I manage it via web.

How do I set the soft shutdown when I turn it off using the power switch on the PC?

    Thanks

    Bye

That happens automatically if your BIOS and its ACPI implementation are properly supported on pfSense.

I believe we automatically disable ACPI on NanoBSD though.

I don't have a single box that won't soft shutdown by pressing the power button.
So I can verify it does work though I don't run nano anything.
