I am running version 2.0-RC3  (i386) built on Tue Jun 21 18:21:10 EDT 2011, on Platform nanobsd (4g) - Alix board.

The problem I am experiencing is that when I install the blacklist from shallalist, first of all I cannot block anything, and second when I reboot the lists in /var/db/squidGuard are all gone.

      Any help please.

The blacklists are not likely to work at all on NanoBSD. They are gone because /var is a RAM disk so it will be gone at reboot.

The squidGuard package isn't coded to support them in that scenario.
