      Hi there,

      2.0.2-REALEASE (i386) nanobsd:
yesterday I found out that the DNS information from my PPPoE uplink is not taken: Even though the PPPoE link is established the ISP DNS is not reflected in the DNS servers list in the System Information section. The outcome of this is that I don't have WAN connectivity.

The installation was done via Auto Update function from 2.0.1 on my PCEngines board with 2GB CF card - worked like a charm. Reverting to the backup slice was an easy escape.

      Cheers and merry xmas!
      /Uwe

          Hello,

I have the same problem after updating my pfSense box to 2.0.2-RELEASE (i386) nanobsd (4g). The ISPs DNS Servers don't show up anymore under Status -> Interfaces. After configuring static DNS-Servers everything is ok again. There are no errors in the PPP-Log. My ISP here in germany is the Telekom.

My biggest problem was that I did the update via a remote connection and after the reboot the dynamic DNS alias wasn't updated due to the missing DNS servers. So I was locked out.

Let me know if you need more information for tracking down the error.

Regards and thank you very much for your work on pfSense!

          Sebastian
