Thanks for the patience and help. Its working on its own now. The gateway has no PPPOE and is just passing the signal into the pfSense. So i am confident i will no longer have saturation problems. What else do you suggest i do? QoS and cap the torrents? Which package would be best for that?

You don't need a package for QoS/traffic shaping it's built in.

It's quite complex and it's easy to get things configures incorrectly. Use the wizards to setup something basic and then tweak it from there.I would advise you to run it for, say, a week to make sure that your current setup is working as you want it under any conditions you might experience before trying and traffic shaping though.
