Subnet problem please help!

Hi, I'm new to pfsense. I was strolling through the webconfigurator this morning when I went through the basic configuration from the first tab. At the end I changed the subnet mask from a /23 to a /22. Then BAM, a reload. No one was able to get out with a new dhcp lease. After some work i was able to get back into the web configurator and change the subnet mask back to a /23 and rebooted the server. Everyone is still unable to get out on this network. My subnet mask has changed back to a /23 when i do an ipconfig but i cant ping the server at all or get to the webconfigurator. Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks

Pretty sure this is a commercial support customer whose network I fixed earlier today, just thought I'd share for others. The setup wizard was gone through to change the LAN subnet mask, and in the process the WAN was inadvertently changed from a static IP to DHCP. The cable modem had DHCP enabled on the same subnet as the LAN. It pulled an IP from the cable modem in that subnet, which as it will with any router or firewall caused confusion since the same subnet was on two different networks. Putting the WAN config back to its correct public static IP and gateway fixed the issue.
Any time you go through the setup wizard, it pre-fills the values from the last time the setup wizard was run. That may or may not be the actual config that's in use now, potentially years later as it was in this case. It's best to change the LAN subnet mask under Interfaces>LAN, then expand the DHCP range under Services>DHCP server.

Well that answered a question I had on why my setup got all bollixed up.
Maybe a warning note in the wizard letting you know "The settings suggested may not match your current ones, check carefully." would save others from grief.
Thanks!
