Where to set the WAR3 GAMES high Priority?

in fact,I can't understand the queue.
I had read <<traffic shaping="" guide="">> many times.
I try to ask some question to understand.

1:why the "Queue Name" would be in "inpu text" but not a "DropDownList"? if I make a Queue named "qABC", it will be work?
2:if if complete with traffic shaper wizards,I can see qGames in the wan interface.I can't find war3 games in this queue, but i set it in the wizards.where is the rule?

in some blog,it say the rule should be found in "firewall:rules:floating",
I just can find one rule (voip) in this place,somebody can tell me why?

when I update from 2.0.1 to 2.0.2，I can find the wizard rule in firewall:rules:floating
I think I get more understand.

now,when edit some rule,I can see "Ackqueue/queue"
why some rule Ackqueue chose "none"? why some rule chose "qack" or other

can someone tell me ?thanks
