      Hello,

*There is a bug in default dansguardian.conf
it says "port 127.0.0.1"… it should be "port 3128"

      • How to install/enable clamav for dg?

      • I installed HAVP to have clam.. so i would be able to test dg with clam, havp changed ownership of the all in "/var/log/*" !
it became "havp:havp", it seems that it is a bug.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking?

When you install Dansguardian, it installs Clam. You shouldn't need to install havp.

I had a couple of problems with how clam was installed, but they were easy to fix. First, it creates a "clamd" shell script in /usr/local/etc/rc.d. In order to get clam auto starting (on boot), I had to change it to "clamd.sh". It also seems to me that the "LocalSocket" setting in clamd.conf was pointing to a wrong directory, but I can't remember for sure…

latest version should check all config files and startup on 2.1.
