pfSense has drivers for all supported NIC drivers built in. Why are you trying to install a NIC driver?

Perhaps the ar8151 chipset is not supported in FreeBSD 8.1 used in pfSense version 2.0.x. If so, you should try a snapshot build of pfSense 2.1 which is based on FreeBSD 8.3 which has much more up to date device drivers than FreeBSD 8.1.

The AR8151 chipset is not supported by FreeBSD, as I made sure. How do we build this driver?

Where did you look? http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,41643.msg217017.html#msg217017 suggests the ar8151 is supported in FreeBSD 8.2, in which case it will be supported in FreeBSD 8.3 which is the OS in pfSense 2.1 snapshot builds.

I'm in Australia, my "Brazilian english" is bad. I don't understand "use version 2.0.2 and not pfsense builds." Do you think you can't use snapshot builds of pfSense 2.1? If you think you can't use the snapshot, why do you think that?

Reading about pfsense, I noticed that was made for older computers, it is contrary to technology. I put another network card RTL8111, the driver did not work again. Have to use discarded computers. Understand?

                      No.

pfSense 2.0.x is based on FreeBSD 8.1 which was released July 2010.

pfSense 2.1 snapshot builds are based on FreeBSD 8.3 which was released April 2012.

You want to use "new" NICs but you don't seem to be prepared to try a pfSense build with newer device drivers. No, I don't understand.

Please post the pfSense build ID (from the Version field of the home page of your pfSense box) and the output of the pfSense shell commands:```
                              dmesg ; pciconf -l
